حذف حساب فرجانDelete your Furjan account
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق أو عبر التواصل مع دعم فرجان من بريد الحساب. يتم إخفاء الحساب والمحتوى العام فوراً، ويمكنك التراجع خلال 30 يوماً.You can request deletion of your account from inside the app or by contacting Furjan support from your account email. Your account and public content are hidden immediately, and you can restore the account within 30 days.
طريقة تقديم الطلب
- أرسل الطلب إلى support@furjan.app.
- استخدم البريد المرتبط بحسابك في فرجان، أو اذكر رقم الحساب إذا كان متاحاً لديك.
- قد نطلب معلومات محدودة للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
- عند تقديم الطلب، يتم إخفاء الحساب والمحتوى العام المرتبط به فوراً من التطبيق، ويمكنك التراجع واستعادة الحساب خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الطلب.
- بعد انتهاء مهلة 30 يوماً، يصبح الحذف نهائياً وغير قابل للتراجع، ونبدأ حذف المنشورات، المتاجر، الصور، وبيانات العرض العامة المرتبطة بالحساب.
- قد نحتفظ بسجلات تشغيلية محدودة لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً لأغراض الأمان أو البلاغات أو سجلات النقاط أو الالتزامات النظامية، ثم نحذفها أو نفصلها عن هوية المستخدم ما لم يكن الاحتفاظ مطلوباً قانونياً.
How to submit a request
- Send your request to support@furjan.app.
- Use the email linked to your Furjan account, or include your account number if you have it.
- We may request limited information to verify account ownership before processing the request.
- Once the request is submitted, the account and related public content are hidden immediately from the app, and you may cancel the request and restore the account within 30 days from the request date.
- After the 30-day period ends, deletion becomes final and irreversible, and we begin deleting posts, storefronts, images, and public display information associated with the account.
- We may retain limited operational records for up to 90 days for safety, reports, points records, or legal compliance, and then delete or de-identify them unless longer retention is legally required.
